耐候防腐覆盖层的应用

介绍了国内外耐候涂料的应用情况,指出良好的耐候涂料应具有优异的粘着力、抗水性、耐候性、抗化学腐蚀性及耐磨性。通过对采用典型耐候涂料的试件进行试验,得出结论:脂肪族聚氨酯涂料在耐候性、防护性能、耐蚀性等方面皆优于氯化橡胶涂料。分析了氯化橡胶和氯磺化聚乙烯涂料的失效原因,提出应当重视脂肪族聚氨酯涂料的推广应用。

Introduces application condition of weatherproof paintings at home and aboard, points out that good weatherproof paintings shall be of excellent adhesion, water resistance, weatherproofs, chemiscal corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. After testing of typical weatherproof painting samples, conclusion shows that fatty group polyurethane painting is superiors over chlorinated rubber painting in the aspects of weatherproofs, protection property and corrosion resistance. Analyzes reasons of failure occurred in chlorinated rubber painting and chlorosulfonation polyethylene painting, puts forward that attention shall be paid to popularization and application of fatty group polyurethane painting.
