摘要
稠油井预应力固井,是在套管柱下端安装一个地锚,通过滑块摇杆机构使锚爪张开并嵌入地层后,产生一个固紧力,以平衡能使套管柱产生预加拉应力的外加轴向提拉力。本文通过对这种机构的受力分析研究,为地锚的理论设计提供更为丰富的计算依据。
During the prestress cement job of heavy oil well,a ground anchor should be mounted at the down end of casing string.After the anchor jaws of ground anchor rotate and embed into formation,a fastening force,which should fully balance the adcititious axial force,will produce to fix the casing string in formation.However,the axial force can make to create the prestreching stress in the casing string.The rotation of anchor jaws can be realized by the sliding block-roker mechanism.This paper wants to make out the Loading analysis for this mechanism,in order to offer the more abundant calculative matters of ground anchor's theoretical design.
