摘要
从工业应用出发,研究了丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯W-201催化剂的结炭数量及再生、催化剂杂质元素分析、原料中异丁烯杂质及操作参数对催化剂结炭的影响等。讨论了催化剂的结炭成因及解决办法。
The effects of degree of carbon deposition and regeneration,catalyst impurities,iso butylene impurity in feed stock as well as operational parameters on carbon deposition of W 201 catalyst for oxydehydrogenation of butene to butadiene have been studied. The cause and prevention of carbon deposition are also discussed.
