驻马店市中学生自杀观念调查

Study on the suicide idea among middle school students in Zhumadian city

目的了解驻马店市中学生的自杀意念现状,为中学生的心理健康辅导提供帮助。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,从驻马店市四所中学随机抽取12个班共1020人学生采用自编调查问卷、Beck抑郁问卷第Ⅰ题,统一收回,回收有效问卷997份。结果驻马店市中学生自杀意念为21.66%,男生和女生分别为17.08%和26.03%,男性少于女性,有自杀意念学生中65%患有抑郁症。高中组:毕业班高于非毕业班,重点学校高于非重点学校。结论自杀意念在中学生中发生率较高,女性多于男性,自杀意念者抑郁症患病率较高,应根据中学生性别、家庭环境、行为、是否有抑郁等方面采取综合性干预措施,以降低中学生自杀意念及自杀行为,提高中学生的心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the prevalence of suicide ideal and its influence factors among the adolescent population in Zhumadian city,and give mental health counseling for middle school students.Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used.Some students were drawn from the middle schools in the Zhumadian,1020 students in 12 classes were randomly selected.In April 2009,they were investigated through self compiled questionnaire and Beck depression inventory first title.Total 997 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results Among 997 students,216 students had suicide idea,the prevalence rate of this ideal was 21.66%,boys and girls were 17.08% and 26.03% respectively,which was fewer in boys than that in girls.With suicidal ideal,65% of students suffered from depression.High school： graduating class was higher than the non-graduating class;key school was higher than non-key school.Conclusion The prevalence of suicide ideal among the middle school students is higher.Girls are more than boys;students with suicide ideation have a high prevalence of depression.Secondary school students should be give comprehensive interventions based on gender,family environment,behavior,whether having depression,to reduce suicidal behavior,and improve the psychological health of students.
