摘要
腐蚀监测是在生产正常运行中,对设备的腐蚀或破坏进行系统测试,以延长设备寿命,使生产设备能更有效地运行的一门技术。其方法包括失重挂片法、电阻法、氢监测、线性极化电阻法、化学分析等。1995年四川石油管理局从加拿大引进了一套在线腐蚀监测系统,1996年3月在磨溪气田四号集气站的M—133井建立了一座在线腐蚀监测实验站,10月又在川西北矿区低温站和中—40井建立了一座在线腐蚀监测实验站;对CT2—4、CZ3—1和CZ3—3缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果作了在线监测评价,对腐蚀监测在现场的应用取得了一定的经验,并提出了四川含硫气田腐蚀监测的发展趋势。
The corrosion monitoring is a system testing for equipment′s being corroded or damaged in normal operating of production,so as to prolong the working life of the equipment and to make the equipment′s operation more efficient.Its methods include weight loss hanging slice method,resistance method,hydrogen monitoring method,linear polarization resistance method and chemical analysis,etc.By means of a set of on line corrosion monitoring system introduced from Canada by SPA in 1995,an on line corrosion monitoring experimental station set up at well M 133 of the Gas Gathering Station No.4 in Moxi gas field in 1996 and an on line corrosion monitoring experimental station built up at well Zhong 40 and the cryogenic station of the Northwest Sichuan Mining District in the same year,the on line monitoring evaluation for the corrosion control efficiency of the Corrosion Inhibitors CT2_4,CZ3_1 and CZ3_3 was finished and a certain experience was achieved for the application of the corrosion monitoring to the gas field.Finally,the developing trend of the corrosion monitoring for the sour gas fields in Sichuan Province is proposed in the paper also.
