中药配合腕踝针治疗慢性荨麻疹60例

Clinical effect of treating chronic urticaria with wrist - ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine on 60 cases

目的用中药配合腕踝针治疗慢性荨麻疹，评价其疗效。方法60例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组口服玉屏风散合桂枝汤加味配合腕踝针4周；对照组口服咪唑斯汀缓释片10mg／次，每日1次，连用4周。结果（1）治疗组总有效率为86．7％，对照组总有效率为76．7％，两组总有效率比较无显著性差异，痊愈率和愈显率有显著性差异。（2）停药3个月后随访，对照组复发率明显高于治疗组（P〈0．01）；治疗组在复发时间方面明显长于对照组。结论中药配合腕踝针治疗慢性荨麻疹效果较好，尤其在痊愈率，愈显率，复发率及延长复发时间方面优于对照组。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic urticaria with wrist - ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine. Methods 60 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases of each. All patients were treated with wrist - ankle acupuncture. When Yuping Scattered and GuiZhi Decoction flavour were applied in treatment group for 4 weeks, retard tablets 10 mg/times per day was applied in control group for 4 weeks. Results （ 1 ） The total effective rate in treatment group is 86. 7% and control group is 76.7%. For 2 groups, the total effective rates have no significance difference, but their recovery rates and the relapse rate were significantly different. （2） After drug withdrawal 3 months, according to the follow - up visits to these patients, the recrudesce period of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, and recurrence rates in control group was also higher than treatment group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of treating chronic urticaria with wrist - ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine is better than the clinical effect of just with wrist -ankle acupuncture, especially in the recovery rate , relapse rate, and recurrence rates and prolonging recrudesce period.
