Galectin-3在甲状腺微小浸润型滤泡癌中表达的研究进展

摘要 甲状腺微小浸润型滤泡癌（minimally invasive follicular thymid carcinoma，MIFTC，简称MIC）与甲状腺腺瘤的区别在于有无包膜和脉管的浸润，故诊断困难、容易漏诊。由于一些客观的技术原因，使一些MIC漏诊，这就有必要寻找出确切的免疫标记物来指导诊断。Galectin-3在甲状腺恶性肿瘤中的高表达在很多中外文献中得到证实，现就Galectin-3在MIC中的表达情况进行阐述。
