B型钠尿肽的临床意义及研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 B型钠尿肽是心脏细胞产生的肽类激素,主要由心室肌细胞合成和分泌,其对于筛选急性呼吸困难患者、诊断有症状的心力衰竭、诊断无症状的左心室功能障碍、心力衰竭的预后评估及危险分层、反映心力衰竭的严重程度、指导心力衰竭的治疗、预测心力衰竭转归等方面具有重要作用,BNP的测定能有效地帮助判断急性冠脉综合征患者的预后,另外BNP升高可以发生在各种无心力衰竭的心脏疾病。目前,随着对BNP研究的深入,提出了BNP分泌不足及抵抗的概念。
