用中庸的眼光来看《罗密欧与朱丽叶》,主要可以得出这样的结论:剧中人物喜欢走极端,不能够找到最为正确的中间道路,他们的壮举虽然轰轰烈烈,却是难而易的短暂行为,难以具有持续性,戏剧的冲突违背了和而不同的原则,必然付出惨重的代价。
Through the perspective of the Chinese golden mean, a general conclusion can be drawn about Romeo and Juliet： the characters, who prefer extremes, can not find the best way between two extremes; their heroic action, which is difficult but easy, can not last long; the conflict, which is against the rule of seeking agreement without assimilation, always causes disasters.
