摘要
高师生教学思维能力是高师生对教学活动的理性认识能力,为了提高高师生的教学思维能力,高师院校应当注意整合教育类课程以提高高师生的教育教学理论修养,教授教学监控能力训练技术以提高高师生教学监控能力,加强教学设计指导以提高高师生教学设计能力,及早渗透、强化训练高师生教学意识,采取有效的教学措施训练高师生的教学技能。
The teaching thinking ability of normal college student is the cognitive ability of reason about teaching activities. In or- der to heighten normal college students' teaching thinking abilities, normal colleges should develop the students' good educational the- ory accomplishment by integrating educational curriculum, enhance normal college students teaching - regulated abilities by ~in$ on it' s training technology, improve normal college students instruction design abilities by giving them effective advice, permeate the in- tensive training of normal college students' instruction awareness as soon as possible, promote the professional training of instruction skills by taking effective teaching measures.
