新农村背景下农村职业技术教育研究

Rural Vocational and Technical Education and Research under the Context of A New Countryside

大力发展农村职业教育,着力提高广大农民的综合素质,是推进社会主义新农村建设的一项基础性工程。本文依据对江苏沛县农村职业技术教育典型调查,结合沛县农村经济发展的现状得出了以下结论:农村职业教育与农村经济发展呈互相推动态势;农村职业教育的发展呈稳定增长趋势;农村职业教育机制改革呈各部门联动趋势。尽管如此,农村职业教育仍是当前教育体系中最薄弱的环节,严重阻碍着农村经济的全面发展。文章就沛县农村职业技术教育的长远发展提出了一些建议。

Building Socialist New Countryside which is a major strategic decision given by the Party Central Committee in order to build a harmonious society and promote integrated development in rural area, is also the great historical tasks for our Party in the mod- ernization of China. To develop rural vocational education and to enhance comprehensive quality of peasants is groundwork in accelera- ting building the new socialist countryside. However, rural vocational education develops slowly and have a long way to meet our de- mands for various reasons.
