本文针对目前职业教育的师资现状进行了一系列研究,对如何加强职业培训师资队伍建设,建立职业教育教师到企业实践、从企业引进人才政策,全面提升职业院校师资的专业技能、实践教学的综合能力等方面从培养途径到政策制定提出一系列建议。

Based on present situation of vocational education teachers conducted a series of research on how to stengthen voeatiomtl training teachers team construction, establish vocational education teachers to practise, from the enterprise introducing talents policy, comprehensively promote vacational education teachers professional skius and the comprehensive ability of practice teaching from the aspects of euhivating way to put forward a series of policy snggestions.
