摘要
民族地区全面落实依法治国基本方略,必须要处理好促进民族经济发展与健全法治建设、保持民族个性与培养公民意识、弘扬民族法律文化与树立社会主义法治理念、宗教信仰自由与维护法律权威以及保障民族区域自治权与国家法制统一等五大关系。
Five relationships, that between the maintenance of individualities of minorities and the citizenship awareness, that between the promotion of the legal culture of minority peoples and the establishment of socialist legal rule notions, that between religious freedom and the maintenance of the authority of the law and that between the guarantee of self - governance and the legal unity of the nation, should be well managed for the purpose of implementing the basic strategy of lawful governance in minority areas.
