摘要
对河南省1985—1997年审定推广的25个大豆品种,从产量、品质、生育期、遗传基础方面进行了分析,提出了品种的特定利用价值;用系谱追踪法,得出了25个品种的遗传基础基本来源于27个原始材料的遗传基因,遗传基础狭窄、有用资源匮乏是影响河南省大豆育种水平上台阶的重要限制因素。
The paper carried on the analysis on 25 soybean varieties which are through validation and promotion from their yield, quality, reproductive period and the genetic basis from 1985 to 1997. Then, the study put forward the species-specific use value; by using the pedigree tracing method, 25 species genetic basis of the basic raw materials from 27 genes were obtained. Then, the limited factors such as a narrow genetic base and lacking of useful resources affected the level of soybean breeding in Henan Province.
