不同大孔树脂对大豆糖蜜中异黄酮吸附影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 由于大豆粗糖蜜中含有大量对人体有益的大豆异黄酮,本实验采用大孔树脂对大豆粗糖蜜中的大豆异黄酮进行吸附提取。以流速、pH值、糖蜜体积与大孔树脂体积比为参数进行单因素实验,对S-8、D4020、H103、HPD600、CKA-9、AB-8型六种大孔树脂吸附异黄酮的最佳条件进行了研究。最终确定出最佳树脂及其吸附条件:S-8树脂,pH值为6.0,流速0.045mL/s,体积倍数3倍,吸附率为96.4%。利用无水乙醇做结晶溶剂,结晶温度为0℃,结晶时间为12h得到白色晶体。 As is known to all, the soybean isoflavones exist in soybean molasses, in this study macroporous resins were employed to absorb them. Under different single factors, such as flow rate, pH and ratio of macroporous resin and molasses' volumes, testing the absorption characteristics of S-8, D4020, H103, HPD600, CKA-9, and AB-8 resins. Through this study, the best resin was found as S-8 and its best working situation was pH 6.0, with the flow rate of 0.045mL/s, the volume ratio was 3 and the absorb proportion was 96.4%. Anhydrous ethanol was used as recrystallization solvent. Under the situation of 0%, 12h isoflavones were attained as white crystal.
