摘要
研究了不同pH值条件下悬浮载体SBR反应器处理污染河水的脱氮性能和微生物活性。结果表明,初始pH为7.0时,悬浮载体SBR反应器处理污染河水的脱氮性能最好,NH4+-N和TN去除率分别为100%和36.6%。在初始pH 7.0时,悬浮相和附着相污泥亚硝化活性均达到最高,分别为6.81 mgNH4+/(gMLVSS.h)和5.42 mgNH4+/(gMLVSS.h);悬浮相污泥在pH 9.0时硝化性能最好,达到2.31 mgNO2-/(gMLVSS.h),而附着相污泥在pH 8.0时硝化性能达到最佳状态,为1.03 mgNO2-/(gMLVSS.h);在pH 8.0时,悬浮相和附着相污泥反硝化活性最强,分别到达13.98mg NO3-/(gMLVSS.h)和12.72 mgNO3-/(gMLVSS.h)。
Nitrogen removal efficiency and sludge activity were studied on the treatment of polluted river water in suspended carrier SBR among different pH values. The results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency of the reactor was the highest at pH 7.0 and the ammonium and total nitrogen removal rates reached 100% and 36.6% respectively. At pH 7.0, both the suspended and the attached sludge had the highest nitrosation activities which reached 6.81 mgNH4 / ( gMLVSS, h ) and 5.42 mgNH4 / ( gMLVSS· h) respectively ; at pH 9.0, the nitrification activity of the suspended sludge reached the maximum, which was 2.31 mgNO^-2 / ( gMLVSS- h) ; at pH 8.0, the nitrification activity of attached sludge reached the peak level, that was 1.03 mgNO^- 2( gMLVSS- h) ; the highest denitrification activities of the suspended and attached sludge, which reached 13.98 mg NO3^-(gMLVSS·h) and 12.72 mgNO3^-(gMLVSS, h) respectively, were all obtained at pH 8.0.
