摘要
文章提出了同时研究企业生产和供应链网络设计情况下,多周期多产品多设施的四级供应链的优化问题。企业生产包括制造中心动态选址、容量规划、采购原材料、物料清单和产品生产计划被纳入到供应链网络优化中。在此基础上,建立了基于利润最大化的混合整数规划模型。模型考虑了不同重要程度的多个供应商和客户及自有和第三方所有的两类配送设施。最后,利用算例表明了模型的可靠性和实用价值。
This paper proposes a supply chain optimization model with multi-cycles multi-commodities multi-facilities and 4-echelons taking the production and network design into consideration simultaneously. Firm decisions including manufacturing centers' dynamic location, capacity planning, procurement of raw materials, Bill of Materials and production planning have all been incorporated into a MIP model which takes the total profit as the target. In this model, we consider a number of different importance supplier and clients and two types of distribution centers, namely, private and the third party distribution centers. At last, the value and validity of the model are illustrated by the numerical example.
