摘要
技术能力、吸收能力都与企业研发创新存在密切的联系,论文结合基于资源的企业理论和现有技术能力与吸收能力的观点,分析了技术能力与吸收能力的差异,提出了企业技术能力与吸收能力协调发展的理论模型,初始技术能力构成了吸收能力的基础,吸收能力的不断增强,是提升技术能力的重要支撑,双方的互动协调增长是两种能力发展的保证,企业长期持续的研发活动是技术能力和吸收能力互动增长的发生机制。
A firm＇s R＆D activity is closely related to both its technological capabilities and its absorptive capacities. Based on the resource-based view and the existing literature on technological capability and absorptive capacity, this paper analyzed the differences and the theoretical relationship between the two concepts, proposed a coordinated development model of technological capabilities and knowledge absorptive capacity. The model is used to analyze interactions between firms＇ absorptive capacities and technological capabilities, and firms＇ R＆D innovative activity as a trigger and a medium in the development of the two capacities.
