摘要
员工绩效评价是企业改进人力资源管理工作的一个关键环节。针对传统员工绩效评价指标忽略同一层次各元素间内在关系的缺陷,基于个人特征、目标任务及客观条件三个维度构建了员工绩效三维结构评价模型,并给出了该模型的评价方法。
Staff's performance appraisal is a key point in human resource management. Based on the omission of the relationship among factors in one dimension in traditional appraisal ways, a three-dimensional structure model of staff's performance is build using personal characters, enterprise's task and objective condition. At last, we bring forward the appraisal way.
