摘要
本实验对发泡剂母液种类的选定及相关制备工艺做了讨论分析。对松香发泡剂、植物型发泡剂、动物型发泡剂进行搅拌后泡沫的质量对比,进而确定了发泡剂母液的种类;将发泡剂母液和水以不同的比例混合后,对搅拌后泡沫的起泡高度和液体剩余体积进行了分析讨论确定了水和发泡剂母液的最佳配比;讨论了将阿拉伯树胶作为稳泡剂放入配置好的发泡剂后对泡沫的稳定作用,确定了稳泡剂的最佳加入量。
In this thesis, the selection of the species of the foaming agent what is called mother liquor and related preparation technology were discussed and analyzed. The type of the foaming agent was determined by contrasting the quality of foam what was formed by stirring the rosin foaming agent and the plant type foaming agent and the animal type foaming agent separately. The optimum proportion between the mother liquor and water was ascertained by discussing the foam height and liquid residual volume referred to the foam what was formed in different proportion experiment. Finally, the stabilizing role of the gum Arabic which was introduced into the foaming agent as a stabilizing agent was discussed, and then got the best dosage of the gum Arabic.
