摘要
采用X射线荧光能谱法测定高岭土标准物质中SiO2,应用现代统计学理论对其分析结果不确定度的产生原因进行分析,同时对SiO2含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定,确定了分析结果的置信区间。
Total SiO2content in kaolin clay standard substance was determined by EDXRF.The causes of the uncertainty in measurement was discussed by statistics.The uncertainty of determination result for SiO 2 has been evaluated by using a sample as an example,and the confidential interval of the results has been given.
