摘要
采用造粒流化床技术对陶瓷废水进行处理,研究了投药量、污泥床对出水水质的影响,结果表明,使用聚合氯化铝(PAC)为凝聚剂,投加量为50mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为絮凝剂,投加量为5mg/L,搅拌速度为60rpm,水流速度8m/h的条件下,出水浊度小于5NTU,CODcr为25.5mg/L,达到城市污水再生利用工业用水水质标准(GB/T19923-2005)的要求。实验结果还表明,装置的运行状态稳定,污泥含水率低,无需浓缩设备,能满足连续处理和间歇处理的需要。
A fluidized pellet bed separator was used for reuse treatment of ceramics wastewater. The effects of the coagulant dosage and the sludge bed on the turbidity of effluent were investigated.The result showed that when polyaluminium chloride(PAC)was used as a coagulant by the dosage of 50mg/L, polyacrylamide(PAM)as a flocculant by the dosage of 5mg/L,the stirring rate was 60rpm,and the flow velocity was 8m/h,the turbidity of the effluent could be lower than 5 NTU,and CODCr,in 25.5mg/L meeting the requirements of the water quality standard for industrial uses(GB/T 19923-2005).It was demonstrated that the fluidized pellet bed separator could run stably with lower moisture content of the sludge without any needs for thickening,and could meet the requirement for either continuous or intermittent operation.
