BATCH FEEDER'S DESIGN

投料机是陶瓷生产中不可缺少的小型机械设备,本机器由泥段输送装置、主机和泥饼取放机械手三部分组成。其不仅劳动强度低、而且投放泥饼位置准确,并使泥饼上下平面取向统一,从而使坯体变形小而均匀、坯体成品率高、生产率高、成品质量高,经济成本低。

The batch feeder is one of the essential small mechanical device in the ceramic production.It consists of three parts which are mud section delivery device,main engine and manipulator placing and picking mud pie.It is not only low labor intensity also placement accuracy of placing and picking mud pie,which made the direction of upper and lower plane is unified.Thereby the body distorts is small and even,the economic cost is low,as well as the body rate of finished products,the productivity and end product quality are high.
