摘要 主要分析了常见的几种光电探测器频率响应测试方法的优缺点,并提出了一种改进的光外差干涉方法,可以对带宽达50 GHz的高速光电探测器的频率响应进行准确测量。 This paper introduced the benefits and disadvantages of several measurement methods for frequency responses of photodetectors, and described a improved optical heterodyne interference methods to measure the bandwidth of high speed photodetectors,it can extend to 50 GHz.
