摘要
ATS已广泛应用于航空航天设备生产、保障以及导弹等武器装备的生产维护领域。针对传统的通用自动测试系统自检周期长、工作量大以及容易出错等缺点,总结系统自检的基本原则以及需注意的问题,介绍了基于PXI总线的机载设备通用ATS自检适配器的软硬件设计方法。
Automatic Test Syetem has been widely used in the producing and maintenance field of the aviation equipment and weapons such as the missile. Aimed at the disadvantages( the long self-exam- ination cycle,the large workload and easy to make a mistake ) that the tranditional current ATS has,the basic principle and the problems that need to pay attention to is summarized. The method of the software and the hardware design of the current ATS that is based on the PXI(PCI eXtensions for instrument)is also introduced.
