稀土掺杂对铁氧体吸波性能的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF RARE-EARTH DOPING ON FERRITE MICROWAVE ABSORBING PROPERTIES

摘要 用柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备了W-型铁氧体(Ba(MnZn)0.3Co1.4Fe16O27)前驱体,研究煅烧温度对试样物相的影响,也研究了稀土(Dy,La,Y)掺杂对试样吸波性能的影响。研究发现在900℃煅烧1h得到了主要晶相为W-型磁铅石型铁氧体,煅烧温度为1300℃时,产物物相不发生变化。掺杂稀土元素,铁氧体的晶体结构不发生变化,但其吸波性能均得以提高。掺La的试样的吸波性能最好,在10GHz时,最大反射损耗达-8.24dB。 The W-ferrite precursors gel was prepared by sol-gel process using citric acid.The effect of calcination temperature on phase was study.And the effect of rare-earth(Dy,La,Y)doping on microwave absorbing properties also was study.The results indicates that the W-ferrite was synthesized at 900℃ for 1h.The sample phase wasn't conversion up to 1300℃.The absorption properties of the specimen could be improved by doping rare-earth.The doping lanthanum specimen had been best absorption properties,the reflection loss could reach-8.24dB at 10GHz.
