石英砂阻磨剂的研究

STUDY ON ANTI-WEAR AIDS OF SILICA SAND

实验采用NDL-0.4L型球磨机、FSY150-A型负压筛析仪等设备仪器分别对十二烷基磺酸钠(SDSN)、聚乙烯醇、硼酸、TZ洗衣粉、LB洗衣粉、水泥发泡剂、减水剂等添加剂对石英砂的阻磨性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:十二烷基磺酸钠对标准砂有明显的阻磨效果。

By NDL-0.4Lball mill and FSY150-A vacuum suction screen, it was tested the anti-wear effect of chemical reagents on silica sand individually. The chemical reagents were studied as selecting anti- wear aids to silica sand such as sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyvinyl alcohol, boric acid, TZ detergent, LB washing powder, foaming agent of concrete, water-reducing agent. It was shown that sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDSN） had marked anti-wear effect on standard sand.
