摘要
陶瓷压机布料系统调速对陶瓷砖的生产质量有很大影响。传统控制理论的原理是根据已经发生的系统采样数据来控制系统的行为,称这种控制原理为事后控制,它不能对布料系统的小车速度控制进行预测。本文章设计了一种预测控制器(事先控制),这种预测控制器即具有采样数据少、预测性强、实时性好、适应性强等优点。它具有控制精度高的特点,有利于改善布料系统速度的控制效果。
The Speed Control for Filling Material System of Ceramic Tile Presser have a great influence on the quality of ceramic tile production. The principle of tradition control theory is that according as the past sampled-data control the systemic avtion , that is called Ex post control, but it can not predict the filling vehicle speed of Filling Material System. This article design a predictive controller (Ex ante control), which has less sampled-data and predictability strong, real-timing good, adaptability strong, etc. It also has the high control precision characteristic, and will be beneficial to improve the speed control effect of Filling Material System.
