摘要
目的:研究中草药海滩牵牛有效部位(EFIS)对巴豆油引起小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用。方法:制作巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀模型,观察EFIS对巴豆油引起小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用;同时研究EFIS对耳肿胀组织炎症细胞渗出和NO浓度、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性的影响。结果:与模型组比,EFIS(150、300、600 mg/kg)能明显减轻巴豆油引起小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05);能不同程度减少耳肿胀组织炎症细胞渗出;能明显降低耳肿胀组织NO浓度与MPO活性(P<0.05)。结论:EFIS具有较强的抗炎活性,其作用与抑制炎症过程中的渗出和水肿、血管通透性的改变、炎症介质的产生有关。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of the effective fraction( EFIS) of ipomoea stolonifera on croton oil-induced mouse ear edema. Methods: The and-inflammatory effect from EFIS was evaluated with croton oil-induce car edema in mice. The levels of NO and myeloperoxidase activity were also studied. Results : EFIS produced significant inhibitions on croton oil-induce ear edema in mice in a dose-dependent manner( P 〈 0.05). EFIS inhibited inflammatory cells accumulation. EFIS reduced the levels of NO and MPO activity. Conclusion: EFIS possesses potent anti-inflamlnatory activity(P 〈 0.05). Its anti-inflammatory activity was related to the effect on inflammatory ceils accumulation and the levels of inflammatory mediators.
