摘要
目的:研究绿茶阿拉伯半乳糖蛋白(AGP)对四氧嘧啶致小鼠高血糖的预防作用。方法:40只正常健康小鼠按体质量随机分为绿茶AGP(200、400和800 mg.kg-1.d-1,各10只)溶液组和对照组(NS灌胃,10只)。连续灌胃2周后,尾静脉注射45 mg/kg四氧嘧啶。注射后3 d测定空腹血糖、血清超氧化物歧化酶、血清丙二醛及肝糖元浓度。结果:绿茶AGP能显著增加小鼠肝糖元浓度(P<0.05),且连续灌胃2周,400或800 mg.kg-1.d-1的绿茶AGP能显著降低注射四氧嘧啶的小鼠血糖(P<0.01)。结论:灌胃绿茶AGP能预防小鼠高血糖的形成。
Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of green tea arabinogalactan protein(AGP)on the alloxan-induced hyperglycemia in mice. Methods: Forty healthy mice were randomly divided into four groups of ten mice each and administered by oral infusion normal saline and green tea AGP dissolved in normal saline at doses of 200, 400 and 800 mg·kg^-1·d^-1, respectively. After 14 days of consecutive administration, the mice were injected with alloxan by tail vein. Three days later, the fasting blood glucose, serum superoxide dismeetase, serum malondialdehyde and liver glycogen content of the mice were determined. Results: Green tea AGP significantly increased the liver glycogen of the mice (P 〈 0.05)and 400 or 800 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 of green tea AGP( 14 days of consecutive administration)significantly decreased the fasting blood glucose of the mice injected alloxan( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Oral administration of green tea ACP can prevent the alloxan-indueed hyperglycemia in mice. [Key Words]
