摘要
设计了一种由跨导线性环电路、基本电流镜和自偏置高摆幅共源共栅电流镜构成的CCCⅡ(第二代电流控制传输器)的CMOS实现电路。文中详细分析了该电路的工作原理,并给出了Hspice仿真结果。该电路具有电源电压低、频带宽、电流传输精度高、及成本低廉且实用性好的特点。
A CMOS second generation current controlled conveyors (CCCII) is designed. This circuit is composed of translinear loop, basic current mirrors and self-biased high-swing cascade current mirrors. The paper introduces the principle of the circuit, and gives the result of Hspice simulation. The circuit has some advantages, such as low supply voltage, wide-band, the high accuracy of voltage and current transfer, low-cost, and good practical properties.
