摘要
为了解决泉店煤矿二1-12050综放工作面倾角大、综采设备安装困难的问题,结合实际情况,对设备安装工艺进行了详尽细致的设计。介绍了二1-12050综放工作面综采设备的安装工艺设计、安装前的准备工作以及各个设备的具体安装措施。实践证明,此次综采面设备安装设计效果较好,仅用28 d完成安装任务。
In order to solve the problems of mining equipment installation difficulty on Ⅱ1-12050 fully-mechanized working face with large inclined angle in Quandian Coal Mine, the paper designed the installation techniques according to actual situation. In this paper the design of installation techniques, the previous preparation work and specific installation measures for each device were introduced, too. Practice showed that,the effects of installation of fully-mechanized working face were very well, and it only took only 28 days to complete the installation tasks.
