摘要
介绍了水泥一水玻璃双液注浆法以及采用人工止浆垫进行工作面注浆在井筒掘进通过特殊岩层涌水段的局限性,经过分析对比,提出了采用化学浆液MJ—Ⅰ树脂进行工作面注浆的新思路。化学注浆方案的实施,缩短了注浆时间,使单孔涌水量降到了4~6m^3/h,基本满足了掘进施工的要求。
Introduced the limitation of two fluid grouting method with concrete and sodium silicate, and the limitation of using artificial grout cover in grouting on working face when shaft driving through water burst section in special strata. According to analysis and comparison,the paper proposed a new idea of using chemical grout MJ-Ⅰ resin in grouting on working face. The implementation of chemical grout plan has shorten grouting time, reduced single drillhole's water inflow to 4 -6 m^3/h ,and has met the requirement of driving construction.
