Equipment Coordination and Application on Fully-mechanized Caving Face in Yuejin Coal Mine

综采放顶煤采煤已经成为当前安全高效的采煤方法,不同的条件所需要的配套设备也不一样,采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机和转载机等设备的合理配套能给煤矿的安全生产打下良好的基础。通过对23130综放工作面设备配套的研究,提出了配套方案,进行了综放工作面配套设备的选择、安装运行维护实践的介绍,为今后综放工作面配套设备选型提供了经验。

Fully-mechanized coal caving mining has become the most safe and effective mining method, auxiliary equipment under different conditions required are not the same, a reasonable device matching of shearer, hydraulic supports, scraper conveyor, transfer machine will lay a good foundation for production safety in coal mining. Based on careful research and analysis on the 23130 face caving equipment,matching plan was proposed in this paper, coal caving face matching selection, installation operation and maintenance practices were also introduced,which provided a practical experience for the future equipment selection on fully-mechanized caving face.
