摘要
利用丙烯酸酯类对己二胺进行改性,作为环氧树脂的室温固化剂。利用红外光谱分析了固化剂的氨解变化,讨论了改性固化剂对环氧树脂固化反应产物的拉伸、弯曲、冲击等性能的影响。实验结果表明,丙烯酸酯改性的己二胺固化剂可以在室温下固化环氧树脂,所得的环氧树脂具有较好的力学性能。
In this paper,hexamethylenediamine was modified by acrylate as curing agents of epoxy resin,which can cure epoxy resin at room temperature.The ammonia reacting of the curing agent was analyzed by IR,and the effect of modified curing agent on the properties of epoxy resin such as tensile,bend and impact strength were studied.The experimental results showed that the epoxy resin could be cured by the modified curing agent at room temperature,and the approving mechanical properties relatively could be obtained.
