摘要
应用经三氟氯氰菊酯汰选的棉铃虫种群,在室内条件下分别研究了抗性、敏感及杂交F1代(RS和SR)基因型相对适合度。结果表明,抗性基因型在产卵量、卵孵化率、幼虫及蛹历期和成虫存活期等方面与敏感基因型相比较存在明显的不利性;与敏感基因型相比,抗性基因型只有045的适合度,RS和SR基因型的相对适合度分别为114和108。
The various biological characters for susceptible (S), resistant (R), and F 1 ( RS, SR) hybrids of Helicoverpa armigera Hubner were measured in the laboratory. There was no significant difference in larval survival, sex ratio, pupation and adult emergence among four genotypes. The R strain was selected by cyhalothrin possessed reproductive disadvantages including lower mean number of eggs per female laid and decreased percentage of eggs hatching compared with the S strain. Based on the data of life tables and net reproductive rates of four genotypes in laboratory, the R strain had a fitness of 0.45 relative to the susceptible one, and the relative fitness of RS and SR heterozygote were 1 14 and 1 08, respectively.
