结合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》,介绍了"容积率"的实用性和重要性,阐述了国内现行控规容积率在科学性上的缺陷,并引用了国外相关案例进行研究,提出了关于增强我国控规中容积率科学性的建议。

By combining with The Urban and Country Planning Law of People＇s Republic of China,the paper introduces the application and importance of the plot ratio,indicates the shortage of the current control regulation plot ratio in science in China,researches some relative cases at abroad,and points out some suggestions for improving the plot ratio＇s science.
