钢筋及预应力筋锈蚀速率试验研究

The study of rebar and prestressed strand corrosion rate based on the accelerated corrosion test

采用通电快速锈蚀模拟方法,对普通钢筋及预应力钢绞线进行快速锈蚀试验,试验结果表明,普通钢筋锈蚀速率随着保护层厚度的增加而减小,预应力钢绞线的锈蚀速率随着内应力的增大而增大;通过数据拟合,得到了预应力钢绞线锈蚀率的计算公式。

The corrosion experiments of rebar and prestressed strand are carried out by the accelerate corrosion method.The result indicates that,rebar corrosion rate reduces with the increasing of the concrete cover thickness,prestressed strand corrosion rate increases with the increasing of the stress.At the meanwhile,the formula of the perstressed strand corrosion rate is received by data drafted.
