分析了导致防水层开裂和渗漏的因素,提出了防治刚性防水屋面渗漏的措施,以不断提高防水施工质量,使屋面的渗漏现象得到了有效控制,从而保证建筑物的正常使用。

The paper analyzes the factors which lead to the cracks on the waterproof layer and leakage,and points out some measures to prevent the leakage on the rigid waterproof roof,so as to improve the waterproof construction quality,to have effective control over the leakage on roof,and to ensure the normal use of the building.
