摘要
结合发展循环经济的3R基本准则和水资源利用的概念,分别介绍了青岛市的水资源现状及存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决青岛市水资源缺乏与利用矛盾的途径和方法及实施措施,以期改善或彻底解决青岛市水资源短缺问题。
Combined with the 3R basic principle of circular economy and the concept of water resource utilization,this paper introduces the present situation of water resource utilization and its existing problems in Qingdao city respectively and brings up means and methods as well as practical measures to solve the contradiction between the shortage of water resource and water utilization in Qingdao accordingly,so as to improve the water supply condition or to solve the water shortage problem thoroughly in Qingdao.
