摘要
指出质量控制是保证项目成功的关键之一,基于房地产项目的质量控制体系范围及影响因素,分析了项目管理过程中常见问题,并提出相应对策,以保证房地产项目的工程质量,从而使企业实现利益最大化。
The paper points out the quality control is one of the keys to ensure the success of the program,analyzes the common problems in the program management based on the quality control system of the real-estate program and its influential factors,and points out some relative strategies,so as to ensure the project quality of the real-estate program and realize the maximization of the benefits.
