摘要
从住房建设规划入手,探讨规划的基本框架以及调控保障性住房建设采取的措施,分析其中存在的问题和原因,并给出相关改进建议,以充分发挥住房建设规划的作用,促进和谐社会的建设。
Starting from the housing construction plan,the author discusses the basic plan structure and adopted measure of adjustment-control guarantee house policy.It also analyses existed problems and proposes related suggestions in order to perform the function of housing construction plan and promote a harmonious society.
