针对工程项目造价控制的重要性,通过分析工程量清单计价的特点及对各阶段的详细分析,理论联系实际,提出项目管理企业参与工程造价控制的管理思想,对我国的造价控制理论的发展具有积极的借鉴作用。

Aiming at the importance of project cost control,the thesis analyses the characteristics of project bill through detailed analysis in different stage combined theory and reality.It also proposes the way of enterprise＇s participation in project management cost control so as to perform an enlightening function for the project cost control theory.
