摘要
室内采用B.t连续多代汰选的棉铃虫,对B.t能产生较强的抗药性,抗性倍数为24.13。采用浸叶法测定宿县、蒙城、安庆棉区棉铃虫对B.t的抗性,结果表明:宿县、蒙城淮北棉区,棉铃虫对B.t已产生早期低度抗性,抗性倍数分别为3.41和2.52。安庆棉区棉铃虫对B.t尚未产生抗性,抗性倍数为1.37。讨论了治理抗性的对策。
Cotton bollworm's( Helicoverpa Armigera Hübner) resistance to biopesticide Bt was raised to 24.13 fold after having been continuously selected for 5 generations in the lab.The susceptibilities of bollworm strains collected from Suxian.Mengcheng and Anqing were tested with foliage feeding method and the results indicated that cotton bollworm from northern Anhui areas had already showed early resistance to Bt,i.e.Suxian 3.41 fold and Mengcheng 2.52 fold respectively.Cotton bollworm larvae from Anqing showed little resistance.The resistant management strategy of biopesticide Bt was also discussed.
