摘要
针对我国目前的中小化肥优惠电价政策,运用消费理论对该政策的福利效果进行分析,对该政策在产业经济、区域经济和对外贸易领域引发的负面影响进行论述,结合实际对该政策诱发的用电管理问题进行探讨,提出了对策和建议。
In light of preferential tariff policy for China＇s current small and medium fertilizer enterprises, the article analyzes the consumer welfare effects of the policy by the application of the consumption theory, discusses the negative impact of the policy on industry economy, regional economy and foreign trade areas. It also discusses the electricity utility management issues induced by the policy and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
