摘要
电力营销稽查主要查处电力营销工作中的责任事故、差错、违章用电及窃电等行为,监督国家供用电政策执行,是电力营销环节内控约束机制的主要组成部分,起到了控制、检查、监督的作用,其定位是内稽外查。通过拓展内部稽查,提高营销工作质量,以内促外,满足客户用电需求。
Power marketing inspection work is mainly inspecting accidents responsibility, errors and illegal acts and stealing electricity acts in the marketing word, and monitoring the implementation of national power supply and demand policies. Inspecting works are the main components in power marketing section under control constraint mechanism, it plays a control, inspection, monitoring role. Its position is within inspection and outside investigation. Expanding the internal inspection can improve marketing quality and meet customer demand.
