台湾技职院校全面实习并执业证照化之评议

Internship and Qualification Credentials of Vocational & Technical colleges in Taiwan

2009年5月台湾教育主管部门宣布将进行技职教育大改造。未来技职院校教师应具备业界经验;学生毕业前须前往业界实习,取得证照。双管齐下,以此达成日后所有职业类科证照化之理想。本文针对此一教育政策之公布、对当前台湾技职教育之影响,及实行时所面临之难处,提出现有问题及配套措施,俾使技职教育得有优质之教学活动及札实之实习机会。

The Ministry of Education in Taiwan has announced the vocational and technical education would be transformed radically since May 2009. The teachers should be qualified for the business experiences. Meanwhile, the students should have corporate internship and obtain credentials, certificate, or license. This article puts forward some proposals in accordance with the latest educational policy, which can facilitate teaching activities and student internships.
