摘要
教育管理过程是在部门管理者组织之下通过部门成员合作而创造集体产品的过程,其间由于制度设计的不合理会使部门管理者具有更多的空间进行制度变通,当部门发展预期较差时部门管理者会做出保护自身职位收益的抉择,部门管理者的机会选择于是损失部门发展的效率。所以建立淘汰机制的、同职不同待遇、部门管理者能够进行横向比较的机制是学校高层规范部门管理者行为的制度设计方面必须考虑的。
Education management is a process through which group members cooperates to create collective products under the guidance of group manager. During this process, the manager can have more wiggle room to bend the rules because of the poor design of the management system. When the group is expected to undergo hard times, the manager will make decisions to ensure his own interests to the detriment of loss of the group development. Mechanisms such as elimination system, flexible pay for the same position, and horizontal comparison should be established to regulate the group managers.
