摘要
从学习主体的角度研究高职师资培养意义重大。在这一视角可以看到:职业地位是影响高职教师学习积极性的一个重要因素;师资培养教学水平影响高职教师内在学习兴趣;有效的高职教师学习需要充足的时间、精力保证;学习者自我研究是高职师资培养的最重要方式;高职师资培养需要人本化管理。提高高职师资培养整体效率,要从以上几方面做战略调整。
It is of great importance to approach teacher training in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of learning subjectivity, from which we can find that social standing affects the initiatives to learn, training programs exert influence on the interests in learning, effective learning requires adequate time and energy, the most important way of vocational teacher training is self-study, and people-oriented management is optimal for teacher training. To improve teacher training in higher vocational colleges, adjustment should be made with the factors discussed above taken into account.
