摘要
种茶主要以采收鲜嫩芽叶为主,而忽略了茶花、茶籽、茶梗、茶灰、废茶渣等副产品的利用,对茶树资源是一大浪费。本文综述了茶叶副产品的综合开发利用,以期为茶叶生产拓宽出路,并提高茶产业附加值。
Generally speaking, tea tree's leaf blade is used, but use of tea flower and tea seed is neglected. It is a big waste to tea resources. In order to make the best use of tea resources, to expand the tea productions and to enhance added value in tea industry, comprehensive development and utilization of tea resources which include the organs, by-products and the functional effective ingredients in it and deposed tea are summarized in this paper.
